Morgan County, and specifically Mooresville, has some great holiday festivals and fun for the whole family coming up soon! Be sure to get out and support our local businesses and organizations as we approach the 2021 holiday season! Here's a list of the most notable upcoming events in Morgan County.
November 12: Girls Night Out
Head out to Cedar Creek Winery in Martinsville for Girls Night Out and enjoy cocktails, music, and games. There will also be psychic readings available along with SammyGirlNailz! Tickets are not required and the event runs from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
November 13: Artie Fest Holiday Craft Fair
The Morgan County Fairgrounds are hosting the 2021 Artie Fest Holiday craft Fair running from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. In attendance will be a variety of local craft and food vendors. Check out the craft show or shop and purchase your own holiday trinkets!
December 3: Mooresville Christmas Tree Lighting
Stop by Bicentennial Park in downtown Mooresville to watch the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration. Bring the kids to meet Santa Clause and his elves or enjoy the food trucks and local restaurants like Zydeco's and Ralph and Ava's! The event officially runs from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., but the tree is normally lit around 7 p.m.
December 4: Mooresville Victorian Christmas
Downtown Mooresville is once again hosting it's annual Victorian Christmas celebration. Park in any of a number of public lots in town and catch the shuttle to see all of the local attractions. With tons of shows, food, and entertainment, it is sure to be a good time for all involved! The event officially runs from 10a.m. to 4 p.m. and is free admission for everyone.
